One of Canada’s Leading Independent Marketing Researchers
For over 20 years I’ve provided timely and innovative marketing research services to clients throughout North America and Europe.
A professional marketing researcher since 1987, I have been working with decision makers in the pharmaceutical and health-care industry since 1979. As an independent consultant, I’m able to tailor my projects to the specific needs of my clients – to adapt to the timing, topic scope and best methodology for the situation.
In addition to my research services, I also offer workshops on Customer Satisfaction Management.
Most of my clients are in health-care related fields, but I have also conducted research studies in a variety of other industries, including:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Insurance
- Financial services
- Consumer packaged goods
- Consumer services
I hold an MBA from Concordia University and a B.Sc. from McGill University and moderate focus groups and conduct in-depth interviews in both English and French.
About Making Better, More Informed Decisions
The stakes for research are higher now as costs, schedules, accountabilities and results are managed more closely than ever before.
I believe that the success of research is determined as much before and after as while the actual study is conducted. Efficient design, rigorous execution and insightful interpretation all combine to increase the return on your research investment. To achieve this level of performance, my work adheres to several principles:
- Studies are designed not just to answer questions, but to help address unique business challenges.
- While there is a discipline to research, no two studies are the same. Each is custom designed to the situation.
- I develop and direct every study, bringing my two decades of experience to the challenge of smarter, more strategic research.
- Context is everything, so I work with you to help integrate the findings from your research into your decision making process.
