Leon Wahler has conducted customer satisfaction research for a variety of clients in various industries.

In addition to hands on research he also offers workshops on Managing and Enhancing Customer Satisfaction.  Leon has taught "Customer Satisfaction Measurement & Management" in the Executive Development Program at York University.
